I need to be more cooperative with my team members along with that I should try to improve My manner of behaving with my co-workers. I would be more polite and keep patience while dealing with other members of the team. I need to be more confident while presenting the job thus, I need to gather more relevant information about the task. The use of proper gestures attracts the attention of the audience thus; I should improve the way of presenting. The use of proper gestures and presentation in a proper way will help me attract the audience and the audience will be more attentive to the presentation. Hence, I need to improve these qualities for presenting in an effective way.
Communication skill and the skill of teamwork are two relevant things that are necessary for dealing with different types of people as all are different from each other and follows different concepts. Thus, it is necessary for every leader to possess these skills while working with diverse people. My skill of communication helps me to speak confidently with my team members, on the other hand, the skill of teamwork helps me to work properly taking all the members of my team together and dealing with them, along with that, the skill of collaborative tasks helps me to deal with various jobs.
I possess the skill of communication, teamwork skills and the skill of a collaborative task. These skills are useful in my workplace as it helps me to work effectively with different people with diverse mindset. I need to bring improvement in my communication skill because I can communicate with my team members effectively but while communicating with other people, I get nervous. Thus, this need to be improved to communicate confidently with the team members and outsiders. My teamwork skill needs to be improved to manage the team properly and give a positive outcome.
