Moreover, around 28% of employees agreed that their organisation has implemented advance technologies within their supply chain management system. On the other hand, approximately 14% of employees did not share any concern with this question. Furthermore, around 20% of employees disagreed that their organisation has implemented advance technologies within their supply chain management system. In addition to this, approximately 16% of employees bly disagreed that their organisation has implemented advance technologies within their supply chain management system.

Moreover, the researcher was able to gather enough information from a quick study and market analysis to make an informed decision.
For the researcher to be effective in achieving the study objectives, he or she must take into account some specific subject. A business's supply chain management system has therefore been chosen for investigation by the researcher. This is due to the fact that the researcher has discovered that many organisations have had to deal with various types of supply chain management challenges over the course of their commercial operations. It follows that “Development of Strategic Supply Chain Management System in the UK Based Automobile Organisations” is the focus of this study.
However, this research study also demonstrates that there are still some organisations those have not been able to afford the advance technological features for the supply chain management system and also have been able to implement and utilise the appropriate and resilient strategic approaches (Yang and Lin, 2020). Therefore, the researcher has recommended some most effective and resilient strategic approaches theoretical models in order for potentially develop the organisational supply chain management system and reduce the occurrence of the uncertain challenges and threats within the supply chain management system and in the workplace environment.
As a result, I have come to realise that the most important and prominent factor in improving supply chain management efficiency is the use of advanced technology features in the organisational supply chain management system. Furthermore, I will be able to accomplish my goals for acquiring technical abilities for my own study using this method. For example, I believe that by adopting various technologies for establishing my supply chain management system in an organisation, I have effectively prepared myself to deal with any potential dangers or obstacles that may arise in the workplace. However, my research talents are still being hindered by a lack of communication and collaborative skills. I've come to the conclusion that I need to improve my communication and collaboration abilities. I will be able to communicate effectively with my superiors and peers if I experience any dangers throughout my study as a result of this.
In this aspect, I suppose when performing commercial operations in the automotive industry, companies are typically faced with a selection of different forms of hazards that occur inside my own future supply chain management system. Due to my lack of managerial expertise, I often fall short when it comes to effectively managing a diverse set of supply chain systems. As a result, my reputation and consistency might be at risk because of this. This research study's goals also helped me realise that by recognising the problems, I've been able to improve my research abilities, as well as problem-solving and critical thinking. In addition, watching how research findings are interpreted has allowed me to improve my decision-making abilities. When I learn how to make the right decisions, I'll have the ability to take advantage of several chances in my future supply chain management practises by employing the most effective and suitable technologies.
"Development of Strategic Supply Chain Management Systems in UK-based Automobile Organizations" is the focus of this study. For my research, I have discovered that the most appropriate method for collecting data is to use the most effective method for analysing data and information gathered from primary sources in order to effectively and efficiently develop my research skills for obtaining most authentic, evident, significant information. Consequently, after I finish my study, the results typically supply me with some fresh information and knowledge for the future academics and students in the sector.
