Planning also helps me in achieving academic success and improving my grades. The most important thing needed for a favorable outcome is proper management of time for academics. I used to prepare a timetable for the study time and break between them which did leave the whole syllabus at the end. Firstly, I analyzed the topic and identified what resources I would need to accomplish it. Then I found a way through which I could collect all the resources at minimum time. Before starting the project, I decided the standard time that I should take for each task so the final result could be compared with it. Through this planning process, I was able to complete my assignment on time while covering all the important tasks.

It is the process of effective planning for the time available to be invested in various activities. It focuses on the optimum utilization of time by deciding in advance how much time to invest in a particular task. If proper time management skills will be used than it will help in decreasing stress levels and increase performance. It creates a challenge for me to complete the task in a particular time so my next work is not affected. Time management helps me reduce my stress level and burden of the work. It also helps me cope with my academics and other activities.

This skill plays an important role in improving my academic performance. I have applied these skills in allocating appropriate time to each subject and assignment so that I am left with no due assignments. Effective time management helps me organize my work, meet deadlines, and get efficient time left for preparation for examinations. My grades have improved as it made me focused by avoiding distractions and working toward achieving particular goals within the time limit.

I have used these skills during my previous semester exams. I had left with so many syllabuses to cover in a short period of time. I calculated the total number of chapters and divided it by the number of study hours. Then after this, I analysed the chapter reduced the time for the easy chapter, and included it in the difficult chapter. Then I include a small break section between study time to reduce exertion and stress. By implementing this I completed my syllabus on time without much load and had time to revise the course before examination.
