INTRODUCTION

The institution is considering expanding its services to the new location of Aldgate. Thus, the main characteristic of the current project is that it requires funds and it is approximately £28000 which needs to be used to start the new ranch effectively. Furthermore, for the successful working of the company, the project manager must play a crucial role so that the objectives are clearly stated and achieved. The role of the project manager includes the planning of the project, along with effective coordination and allocating the tasks to the team members. When the project manager performs their role appropriately then automatically it will increase the capability of the team in attaining the project objectives. Moreover, the methodology which will be used for the current study includes the use of traditional that is the waterfall technique. The reason for selecting the current model is that it emphasises breaking the problem into smaller sets and as a result, this is the problem will be solved easily.

Initiation stage

The initiation stage is the one wherein all the decisions relating to the completion of the project are undertaken. For the success of the project it is very necessary that the decisions are taken appropriately at the initial level only. Thus, the objectives are decided at the initiation stage only and in the present case of LCCA, objective of the project is to expand the business in the new location which includes Aldgate.

Budget

The budget for the project is very necessary to be decided because it laid foundation for the success of the project. EXECUTING

For this successful completion of the project it is very necessary that all the plant stages are executed in proper and effective manner. The Key Performance Indicator is a strategy with help of which the indicators or set relating to the performance and at the end of the performance is compared with the indicator set. In case the actual performance is better than the indicators then it is implied that overall objectives have been attained with effectiveness (Gomes Silva et al, 2022). On the other hand, when the actual performance is not better than the indicators then it will be affecting the project negatively. Thus, in order to relocate the university appropriately it is necessary for the project manager to set the related and then compare the actual performance with the indicators so that the project can be controlled. CLOSING STAGE

This is the last stage wherein the objectives of the project have been attained and the project has come to end. Within this stage the overall objective of the project is accomplished and as a result of this the project is ended (Xiaolong et al, 2021). In the present case within the closure stage the LCCA is open within the Aldgate and the students can enrol and avail the facilities provided by the University. In the end it is concluded that project management is defined as the application of the knowledge relating to the successful accomplishment of the objective of the project. It is very necessary for the company to establish the appropriate objectives so that the project can be accomplished. The above report concluded that establishing the objective and defining the project objective is very necessary. Moreover, it inferred that compliance with the effective budget and schedule is necessary so that it provides appropirate direction for completing the project. In the end it was evaluated that effective monitoring and control with help of KPI needs to be implemented so that the project can be successfully completed.

RECOMMENDATIONS

In the end it is recommended to the project manager of LCCA that they must continuously research within the market. This is necessary because there are many different changes taking place within the external environment and it can affect the working of the LCCA (Sabini and Alderman, 2021). Hence, it is recommended to the company that they must effectively research within the external market so that all these changes can be evaluated and the t necessary changes can be implemented into working.
