It is a request from the management and HR team to carefully go through this entire leaflet as it will help them for future growth and betterment.

Common challenges and barriers to effective communication

In spite of any sort of communication oral or nonverbal if an individual do not interact properly they put themselves in a great theta. Apart from physical along technical challenges and barriers there are six common barriers to effectual interaction which the employees of Brit-tech will face the below mentioned challenges and barriers based on the scenario provided:

Lack of transparency and faiths:  It is very hard to convey anything when there is an absence of straightforwardness along with a conviction.  For instance, assuming the employees of Brit-tech accept management is keeping something down, they will be restless, some will estimate, and therefore, it will be harder for them to handle any endeavour you make to speak with them (Kapur, 2018).

Timing issues: Due to this pandemic situation most of the companies are allowing to do work home which is creating challenges in having a proper communication. Different people working from various countries with different time zone and this not only creating maintain timing issue but also creating issues in communication (Darnish, 2018).

Psychological Barriers: Indifference, consideration, interruption shown by the employees can also create challenges for a proper communication. And as work from home increases a lot this type of communicational barriers also increased a lot (Assoc. Prof. Aytekin, 2003).

Effective strategies for overcoming communication barriers

Though having communication behaviour is not a new concept and most of the organizations faces these on a daily basis thus they have also suggested few steps for overcoming those barriers too. Below mentioned are the strategies through which Brit-tech will be able to overcome the mentioned barriers.
