Meanwhile, such skill assisted me in submitting assignment before due deadline. Thus, it can be stated that time management skill has positively impacted and increased my ability to plan the work and schedule it. Further, by managing time I would become able to work on boosting other skills which will contribute in my academic success. According to the Gibb’s reflective model, for the future development, I will tend to focus on undertaking time management models and practices. This can help me in focusing on the other factors and I can have more time to utilise in improving the skills. By prioritise the tasks, I made the list of the things which can help me in removing the distraction and work on the tasks. Throughout the module1, the time management skill helped in learning new ideas and developed the additional skills. By stick to the discipline and schedule, this has properly helped in completing the task on the time without decreasing the quality of it. For the further development, I will focus on the developing the time management skill more with the different methods.

Research skill: The research skill refers to the ability to locate, search, evaluate and organise and extract. The research skill is important because it allows finding out the information and can use it in effective manner. This includes the development of the strategy to gather and reach the data. During the module 1, I have experienced the importance of the research skill when I was working on the assignment. I make use of the database of academic and strategies to work on the topic. The main target is to improve the ability to search from the multiple sources for effective analysis. Thus, by taking assistance from tutor and working on several assignments I can enhance my skill in this area. Additionally it also helps in improving the further studies for better growth.
