All of us had different perception regarding task and most importantly leader was autocratic in nature who allocated duties by own. Due to this we had conflicts and I was not able to focus on my task. Here I realized that, a leader must interact with team members and their issues needs to be evaluated so that, appropriate decision could be taken. However, afterwards, leader has organized a meeting in which open communication was done and all of the team members shared about their doubts and issues which was needed to be focused. Accordingly, the actions have been taken which led to create motivation in me. Therefore, I have performed my task in significant manner. Thus, I can say that when leader interact with team members then, this lead to create ideas regarding the suitable decision which should be considered. The second stage involves “so what”, I can say that, at that time there were multiple thoughts in my mind. I was not confident at all and this was creating problems for me. Hence, I can say that, it is important for leader to interact with team members and their issues must be evaluated so that decision can be taken accordingly and further effectual support can be assured to them.
In my experience, I got to know that it is important to keep positive approach in order to create positive environment in the team. When I was not able to perform task at that time, I lacked in confidence however after undertaking discussion with leader I became able to solve my issues and accordingly task performed by me. Thus, I can say that, it is important to interact with leader so that accordingly decision can be taken. The last stage is now what, thus, I can say that, in future when I will get opportunity to become leader at that time, I will undertake interaction with the team members and accordingly task will be allocated to them. Further, focus will be assured on developing effectual support for members so they can share their doubt without facing any kind of difficulties. Therefore, it is important to create significant focus on understanding team members. I will focus on prioritizing the interest of team members as this lead to create sense of belongingness in us and furthermore, effectual outcomes could be gain with the help of this. Thus, I will use this learning and further implied it in future while leading team. As a result, I will get effective outcomes.
