Refund Policy

Rapid Assignment Help is a reliable and renowned assignment writing service provider. We strive to deliver original and unique assignments of the highest quality. Our goal is to assist students and simplify the research and writing process for them. We always deliver our services on time. However, in an unusual situation where we fail to do so or cause inconvenience, you can ask for a refund. The refund policy is initiated subject to the conditions outlined below.

Late delivery beyond the specified deadline

  • We always try our best to deliver assignments on time but there may be a delay due to genuine reasons like technical issues. In such cases, immediately contact our support team. You can discuss the situation in detail with them when we fail to submit the assignment on the scheduled date.
  • We will refund your money if the delay cannot be justified. However, the refunds will only be approved with a valid proof. Upon showing the proof, you become eligible to get a refund.
  • In the case, where the assignment is of no use due to late delivery, you can ask for a full refund or store credits. 
  • Other times, when your assignment was accepted by the university despite late submission, and it resulted in lower grades. You get a certain percentage of the money upon showing proof of grade deductions due to late submission.

Quality is below the expected standards.

  • Our experts go above and beyond to make assignments of the highest quality. Yet, there may be rare instances, where the quality is not up to the mark and you are not satisfied. In such cases, we advise you to apply for revisions. Once you have requested revisions, a refund cannot be initiated.

A revision can be requested if:

  • Errors which have not been fixed
  • The word count is not according to the specified requirements
  • The formatting or structure deviates from the fixed criteria
  • There is outdated information or improper citations
  • If drafts were provided, it is the responsibility of the customer to review and report any concerns beforehand. A refund will only be issued if the reported concerns are not fixed in the final paper and have significantly lowered its quality. There will be no refund made in case you didn’t inform us earlier about the issues and use it in the end for a refund.

Guidelines were not met.

  • In case, we have missed some instructions, we suggest you apply for the free revisions facility. There are multiple free revisions policy for 4 weeks.
  • Although we never disregard the guidelines shared by the students in case we falter, you can ask for a refund. 
  • We suggest you to clearly mention all the instructions regarding assignments while filling up the order form. You are eligible for a refund if most of them are not followed.
  • However, we cannot be held accountable for instructions that were not provided in the order form.

Plagiarised or AI-generated Content

  • At Rapid Assignment Help, you get 100% unique and authentic papers. We value academic integrity and never use plagiarised or AI content. We run all the assignments on plagiarism detection tools like Turnitin and send a plagiarism-free report from the same. 
  • Even so, if there is a case where you can prove to us the paper is plagiarised or has AI-generated content, we will rework it. If the deadline doesn’t allow for revisions, you will receive either a refund or store credit.
  • A full refund or store credit will be provided in case the delivered assignment is entirely plagiarised or is AI generated. But for the refund to be initiated, you need to provide us with the valid proof.

Technical payment issues leading to overcharges

  • Sometimes, due to technical issues, there may be double or extra charges taken. In such cases, we request you to immediately contact our support team. 
  • You need to show them the proof of double or extra amount deduction. After reviewing and verifying your claim, we will issue a full refund for the excess amount.
  • In most cases, these issues originate from the payment provider. Therefore, the customers are requested to liaise with them to prevent future occurrences.

Order cancellation by the customer

  • In case, you have already placed the order and changed your mind later. You may do so within the next 24 hours of the order placement. 
  • We issue a full refund or store credits when the order is cancelled within the permitted timeframe. With the store credits, you can place an order for the other academic paper of the same value, immediately.
  • If the writer has already started working on your order. You are not permitted to cancel the order. We suggest you add or change the given instructions as per your requirements.

Non-delivery of the assignment

  • While this is highly unlikely, but if your order is not delivered, you have the right to a refund. This may happen due to a technical issue or team oversight, however, we will address the issue at the earliest and try our best to deliver your order. 
  • In cases, where an order remains undelivered and the customer support team is unresponsive for two business days, you have the right to get a full refund or store credit.

In the event of a failing grade on the paper

To this day, there is not a single instance where a student has failed on the paper provided by us. We take pride in saying that the students always receive good grades because of the knowledge and skills of our writers. 

However, although unlikely, if a student fails an assignment:

  • A refund request must be submitted within 3 weeks of the assignment submission.
  • You need to show us valid proof of failure so that you can claim a full refund.
  • Please note that the claims made after three weeks will not be considered or accepted.

Refund Process at the Rapid Assignment Help

Refund Request Process

Customers must contact the customer support team for a refund within three weeks of the assignment submission. Any refund request made after three weeks will not be catered to. Also, engaging any third party like PayPal, credit card provider or legal authorities is forbidden. 

Chargeback Policy

Rapid Assignment Help strictly prohibits chargebacks. Customers found to be taking unfair advantage of our services will be flagged as fraudulent in our system. If we find any such cases of customers taking chargebacks, we reserve the right to take legal action against them. In case of any disagreements, customers are advised to resolve them with our support team. 

Refund Processing Time

The refund request is reviewed by our quality assurance department (QAD). It takes at least 48 hours for them to assess and present a report of refund approval. While they are doing their work, we ask you to stay patient. 

Once our QAD has approved your request, the refund will be processed within next 24 hours. The refund request is accepted only when any of the above terms and conditions is being fulfilled.

Refund Calculation

The full refund that is paid back is 90% of the amount that has been charged. The remaining 10% is deducted as the transaction fee paid to the payment gateway company and the service charge.
