Terms and conditions of the cancellation policy
- If the writer is not assigned then you are permitted to cancel the order within 12 hours of order placement. But if the writer is assigned then you cannot cancel the order.
- You get a 50% refund in case no writer is assigned even after 12 hours of the order placement.
- Cancellations will not be permissible if the writer has already started working on the assignment. However, in some specific cases, a partial refund may be provided subject to the work progress.
- If the assignment is delayed without providing any reason, you can ask for a refund. But if the delay is due to the customer’s mistake, then there will be no refund.
- Even after revisions, if you are not satisfied with the quality, then the issue will be analysed by QAD. Our quality assurance department will assess the matter in depth. If they approve then you will get a refund amount determined by QAD.
Claims That Will Not Be Entertained For Cancellation Requests

- In cases where the delivery of the assignment is delayed because of a customer’s mistake. They have not provided the correct details that have affected the assignment writing process.
- Claims regarding plagiarism will not be considered without any valid proof from credible sources.
- If the order is in progress and the customer says they do not need the assignment anymore.
- For the assignments being done on an urgent basis and when a draft has been send. In such cases, the cancellations are not permitted.
How to cancel an Order

- Our QAD will assess and check the order progress. It takes at least 1 or 2 working days to determine approval or rejection of cancellation requests.
- Once your cancellation request is approved then you will get the refund within 7-10 business days. It will be transferred to the payment source used by you during order placement.
